KRA’s – Sales Manager- Packaging equipment –NCR / Bengaluru
- Achieve the budgets / targets for the assigned territory on a monthly, qtrly and annual basis.
- Oversee Installation and recovery of the billed equipment-
- Maintain High customer satisfaction index
- Generate pipeline for achieving of the targets and provide ongoing visibility / Sales forecast to Management. Should be adapt at modern methods of prospecting, lead generation, Demoing of equipment’s and price negotiations.
- New Customer acquisition in sectors like Pharma, F.M.C.G
- Stay updated on market trends, competition information & Current business environment with reference to sectors such as Diary, F.M.C.G, Pharma, Food.
- Track Government Tenders for Participation and winning.
Job Description
1. Prepare techno-commercial offers as per requirement.
2. Internal co-ordination with production, design and purchase.
3. Ongoing communication with customers with documents like layouts, invoices –ensure no
Communication gaps with customer account
5. Prepare and issue work orders to production as per the purchase order details
6. To conduct weekly review meeting to check the status of order.
7. To participate & win Government tenders.
8. MOM preparation.
9. Monitoring end to end progress – Prospecting to Installation and collection
10. Track & Map the Industrial exhibition’s – Prepare a sales strategy and Justify participation with ROI & Measure results
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical / Instrument engineering
- Proven performance in Sales of Capital goods to Manufacturing sector
- 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Packaging Capital equipment’s, Preferably In Sales to sectors such as Dairy, F.M.C.G, Pharma , Food – South / North Regions
- Ability to understand the customer automation processes and the latest technologies in the market.
- Through understanding of engineering to effectively communicate nuances of the product as compared to competition to the customer.
- Good communication skills – Oral and Written – Proficiency in English is a Must.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to engage with Decision makers of the customer account
- Well versed with process of Government tenders for participation and winning
