Description

Above machines are suitable for cartoning of multiple products in a single carton. These machines can also handle multiple carton SKUs with minimal change parts. Maximum speed for continuous motion machines and carton erector is 200 cartons per minute and for Intermittent motion machines is 60 cartons per minute. Suitable for three flap/four flap both side tuck in, both side gluing, lock bottom & reverse tuck-in monocartons. Customized automation is possible.

Our cartoning machines are categorized primarily based on the type of carton and the nature of the product to be packed. Our machine range can pack both side tuck-in, both side gluing, lock bottom & any similar type of cartons.

Depending on production speed requirements, our automatic cartoning machines are available in two main motion categories: Intermittent & Continuous Motion.

Intermittent Motion: These machines operate on a start-stop principle, where the carton is held stationary during product insertion and then moved to the next station. They are ideal for medium-speed operations and can deliver speeds up to 60 cartons per minute.

Continuous Motion: Built for high-speed operations, these machines function without stopping the carton during the filling process. They are capable of delivering speeds starting from 100 cartons per minute and can scale up to 300 cartons per minute and beyond, depending on the product and configuration.

Machine Orientation: Horizontal and Vertical – The orientation of the machine-horizontal or vertical is chosen based on the type of carton and the nature of the product being packed.

Product Compatibility: Our machines are designed to pack a wide variety of products into mono cartons. Typical products include: Soaps, Bottles with leaflets, putty, Tablets & blister packs, Sachets & Pouches, Tubs & containers & any other similar products.
