- To ensure the mutually agreed – (Sales & Production) Delivery schedules are honored for all range of equipment’s
- To reduce the lead time of all equipment’s from XXX to YYY in a period of XXX Months – With special focus on non-standard / customized equipment’s
- Develop processes and systems and to get a buy-in from all stake holders for execution and adherence to the same.
- Ongoing engagement between Production and Stores / Inventory team for 3 months forecast of R.M / Components requirement, Develop a forecasting model based on historical consumption, Peaks, Pits and Transition, pipeline orders ( coordination with Sales Team)
- Develop a model to minimize the end to end lead time for non-standard / customized orders – Close coordination and inputs from Design team to be factored.

Production Coordinator
- To assist the production head in Production, Planning & Control.
- 3 Months forecast to Inventory Management & Procurement Team for availability of R.M
- Ongoing Audit of forecasted inventory and follow through with the I.M and P Teams
- Ensure availibity of MOQ’s with the Stores
- Track production schedules and daily dashboard update to Management
- Foreseeing bottlenecks and plan for removal of the same.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in production engineering / mechanical engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in MSME’s in engineering sector in a similar role
- 8-10 years of experience on shop floor, coordinating with Inventory, Procurement, Design and Sales Team.
- A proven team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven time management & organizations skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly & efficiently
- Firm belief and commitment to Processes and Systems.
KRA’s – Sales Manager- Packaging equipment –NCR / Bengaluru
- Achieve the budgets / targets for the assigned territory on a monthly, qtrly and annual basis.
- Oversee Installation and recovery of the billed equipment-
- Maintain High customer satisfaction index
- Generate pipeline for achieving of the targets and provide ongoing visibility / Sales forecast to Management. Should be adapt at modern methods of prospecting, lead generation, Demoing of equipment’s and price negotiations.
- New Customer acquisition in sectors like Pharma, F.M.C.G
- Stay updated on market trends, competition information & Current business environment with reference to sectors such as Diary, F.M.C.G, Pharma, Food.
- Track Government Tenders for Participation and winning.

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical / Instrument engineering
- Proven performance in Sales of Capital goods to Manufacturing sector
- 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Packaging Capital equipment’s, Preferably In Sales to sectors such as Dairy, F.M.C.G, Pharma , Food – South / North Regions
- Ability to understand the customer automation processes and the latest technologies in the market.
- Through understanding of engineering to effectively communicate nuances of the product as compared to competition to the customer.
- Good communication skills – Oral and Written – Proficiency in English is a Must.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to engage with Decision makers of the customer account
- Well versed with process of Government tenders for participation and winning
